Workshops at StudioSosenka are charged at £70 for a full day devoted to learning brush techniques and paint application, alongside an introduction to folk art and European folk art in particular.

The classes run from 9.30 - 5 pm, although finishing time is flexible as the studio can remain open as long as needed.

Lunch is provided along with teas, coffees and snacks throughout the day.

A selection of prepared items - such as trays, boxes and birds - is available for participants to work on if they do not have their own piece to bring.

Those wishing to bring a personal item to paint are asked to check in advance, as not all objects are suitable.

The aim is for everyone in the class to leave at the end of the day with a completed folk painted piece, as well as with new skills and techniques they can continue to explore at home.
These classes can appeal to both the keen amateur or novice, as well as birthday groups, Hen parties and family gatherings.
